What counts as a device?
Every machine with an agent (Windows or Linux) and every network device without one (UPS, firewall, router, switch, printer, NAS) counts as one device. How many checks you set up on a device doesn't matter.
How to order your license
Licenses for TKB Monitor are sold on invoice only. All it takes is one email.
Copy the installation ID
In the dashboard under Menu → License you'll find your installation ID. One click on “Copy” is enough.
Email us
Write to kontakt@tkbitsupport.de with the package, term, installation ID, company and billing address.
Invoice & license file
We send you the invoice and your license file by email.
Upload the license
In the dashboard under Menu → License, choose the file and click “Upload”. Done.

One click opens an email with everything we need. You only have to fill it in and send it.

About licenses and buying
Is there a trial version?
Yes. Up to 3 devices are free for good, with every feature and no license file. If you'd like to test with more devices, write to us at kontakt@tkbitsupport.de.
Which payment methods are there?
TKB Monitor licenses are sold on invoice only. You get the invoice by email and pay by bank transfer.
Can I add more devices later?
Yes. Send us the new number of devices and your installation ID. You'll get a new license file that you upload in the dashboard.
What happens at the end of the term?
Monitoring and emails keep running. Devices, checks and settings can only be changed again once a new license is uploaded. Jobs keep running for 7 more days, then they pause. TKB Monitor shows a notice in the dashboard and reminds the admins by email 30, 14 and 1 day before.
We're moving to a new server. What about the license?
The license belongs to your installation. After the move, send us the new installation ID and we'll issue a new license file for it.
